Children with Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD) show poorer perceptual reasoning, unlike those with Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). This suggests distinct cognitive profiles for ADHD and DCD, questioning a shared cause for their comorbidity.
