Repair of the calcified ventricular aneurysm

A technique is described for repairing calcified ventricular aneurysms using internal repair rather than excision. This technique avoids distortion of the ventricular cavity and gives a good functional result. External buttresses, which can be a source of infection, are unnecessary for this repair.
