Summary

This study proposes a quality assurance framework for sociomedical expert assessments. The framework includes 10 standards to evaluate the quality of medical expert reports. These standards can be used for internal and external evaluations, as well as longitudinal studies. The proposed system uses a 0-10 point scale to measure quality. The framework is designed to be applied by quality assurance committees. The study suggests that the system can improve the reliability of medical expert assessments. The framework allows for cross-examinations of medical reports using an anonymous random testing method. The authors propose that the system can help reduce variability in assessments.
