Abstract:
It is necessary to differentiate between the two concepts: "analysis of work" and "evaluation of work" which characterize different managerial procedures relating to different functions of management, i. e. planning and motivation. The analysis of work can be carried out on the basis of the multiplicity of factors of various degree of profundity, but the evaluation of work should be unified. A general scheme of evaluating the performance of public health institutions and some categories of medical personnel is suggested.
