DNA nuclear targeting sequences for non-viral gene delivery

DNA nuclear targeting sequences (DTS) did not improve non-viral gene delivery efficiency. Introducing DTS into plasmid DNA (pDNA) did not enhance transgene expression or nuclear uptake in tested cell lines.
