Summary

This study found no significant correlation between adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) and cortisol levels during insulin-induced hypoglycemia in healthy individuals. ACTH levels showed greater variability, suggesting the adrenal cortex may have a limited secretory capacity compared to ACTH production.
