EEG alterations during treatment with olanzapine

Summary

Olanzapine treatment can cause abnormal EEG changes in patients with schizophrenia, particularly at higher doses. Regular EEG monitoring is recommended for patients on olanzapine, especially those exceeding 20 mg daily.
