Parapharyngeal space tumors without mandibulotomy: our experience

Summary

This study shows that benign parapharyngeal space (PPS) tumors can be surgically removed without mandibulotomy, reducing patient morbidity. Avoiding this jaw-splitting procedure is feasible for most benign PPS tumors.
