Urodynamic detrusor overactivity in patients with overactive bladder symptoms

Detrusor overactivity (DO) is common in overactive bladder (OAB) patients, especially men with urgency and incontinence. Symptom combinations better predict DO in OAB, with stronger correlations observed in men.
