Aerobic exercise as a therapy option for migraine: a pilot study

Summary

Aerobic exercise significantly reduced migraine frequency and intensity in a pilot study. This fitness program improved physical working capacity and lowered stress, suggesting exercise is a viable alternative therapy for migraine sufferers.
