[A special case: fracture of the spine with spondylodesis]

Fracture of spondylodesis is rare. The case of a 31-year old woman, who incurs a fracture of the fused spine 18 years after Risser's spondylodesis, is reported. This case is contrasted with two other cases exclusively known by literature.
