Summary
Peri-ictal bed leaving (PBL) is a frequent symptom in temporal lobe epilepsy (TLE). In temporal lobe epilepsy with hippocampal sclerosis (TLE-HS), PBL can help lateralize seizure onset to the affected temporal lobe.
