Summary

A boy with cutaneous anaplastic large cell lymphoma and lymphomatoid papulosis developed selective immunoglobulin M deficiency post-chemotherapy. Low IgM+ and memory B cells suggest a link between this deficiency and chronic CD30+ skin disorders.
