Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) with gadoxetic acid disodium (Gd-EOB-DTPA) offers superior soft-tissue contrast for liver lesions. Familiarity with Gd-EOB-DTPA enhancement patterns in the hepatocyte phase is crucial for accurate interpretation of focal liver lesions.
