Two patients died from disease; one had recurrence and metastasis.

Complications (dislocation, infection) occurred in 2 patients.

Mean MSTS 93 score was 23.2/30; limited active shoulder abduction (20°-45°) and forward flexion (40°-65°).

Scapular prosthetic reconstruction provides oncologic salvage after total scapulectomy.
