Cutaneous silent period in fibromyalgia

Summary

Fibromyalgia (FM) patients exhibit delayed inhibitory spinal reflexes, indicated by longer cutaneous silent period (CuSP) latencies. These findings suggest potential sensorimotor integration abnormalities in FM.
