Fibromyalgia (FM) patients exhibit delayed inhibitory spinal reflexes, indicated by longer cutaneous silent period (CuSP) latencies. These findings suggest potential sensorimotor integration abnormalities in FM.

- No significant differences in CuSP duration were observed between the FM group and the control group.

- Further research is recommended to confirm these findings regarding CuSP in Fibromyalgia.
