A cat treated for fibrosarcoma developed reversible pulmonary hypertension and heart enlargement after carboplatin chemotherapy. These conditions resolved with treatment, suggesting a link to pulmonary thromboembolism.

- This is the first reported instance of reversible pulmonary hypertension secondary to pulmonary thromboembolism in a feline patient.
