Summary

Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP) treatment now includes imatinib, a targeted therapy. This tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) shows striking efficacy in advanced DFSP cases, becoming a gold standard for inoperable or metastatic disease.
