  • Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is the most prevalent subtype of NHL in adults, constituting approximately 30% of cases.
  • DLBCL is characterized by clinical, morphological, and genetic heterogeneity, arising from mature B cells.

Observation:

  • A 64-year-old male presented with localized mandibular pain and edema.
  • The patient's symptoms indicated a potential extranodal manifestation of lymphoma.
  • Clinical and histopathological evaluation was performed to diagnose the condition.

Findings:

  • Excisional biopsy of the affected mandibular premolar region revealed diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
  • The findings confirm DLBCL as the cause of the patient's symptoms.
  • This case highlights an unusual extranodal presentation of DLBCL.
