Abstract:
Cancer is a situation which generates a risk of the onset or destabilisation of diabetes. Glycemic goals and treatments must be adapted to the patient's prognosis and regularly reassessed. Renutrition forms part of the support care and requires adjustments to be made to the hypoglycaemic treatments.
