Abstract
Purpose:
To identify the presence of prostanoid FP receptor in human T lymphoblast (MOLT-3) cell line, which was known not to express FP receptor.
Methods:
Western blot analysis and mass spectrometry were performed on the cell lysates.
Results:
The expression of FP receptor was detected by western blot analysis and mass spectrometry.
Conclusions:
MOLT-3 cell does express prostanoid FP receptor.
