Background:

Poster presentations are a common format for disseminating information at nursing conferences.
Many staff nurses perceive the development and presentation of posters as a challenging task.
There is a need to support nurses in developing and presenting their work effectively.

Purpose of the Study:

To describe the role of a staff development department in facilitating in-house poster presentation sessions.
To provide a supportive environment for nursing staff to practice poster creation and presentation.
To encourage the dissemination of nursing practice innovations among colleagues.

Implementation of in-house poster presentation sessions organized by the staff development department.
