Macrolane injections for breast enhancement in undiagnosed breast malignancy: a case report

Abstract:
We report a case of cosmetic breast enhancement with Macrolane injections in an un-diagnosed breast cancer. This delayed cancer diagnosis and complicated surgical resection and reconstruction. It should therefore be mandatory for clinicians to exclude breast malignancy with imaging prior to Macrolane injection.
