Summary

This study used transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) to explore prospective memory (PM). Findings show the right dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC) is key for early PM target checking, while the left posterior parietal cortex (PPC) aids later intention retrieval.
