Quantitative myocardial perfusion imaging with a MR cold pressor test.

We established a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) method to quantitatively assess myocardial blood flow changes during a cold pressor test (CPT). This MRI-CPT approach successfully demonstrated increased blood flow, proving its feasibility for detecting endothelial dysfunction.
