Summary

A rare case of sweat gland adenocarcinoma presented as indolent axillary ulcers in a 54-year-old male. Surgical excision and radiotherapy led to a positive outcome, highlighting effective treatment for this uncommon malignancy.

  • Histopathological confirmation is crucial for diagnosing this rare malignancy.

Implications:

  • Wide local excision with a 2 cm margin is a viable surgical approach.
