Physical and functional bivalency observed among TCR/CD3 complexes isolated from primary T cells

T-cell receptor (TCR) complexes on T cells are typically considered monovalent. However, this study reveals that TCR/CD3 complexes can be physically and functionally bivalent, impacting T-cell signaling.
