Computed tomography (CT) is a crucial diagnostic tool in trauma assessment.
Cervical spine injuries, such as subluxation, require prompt and accurate identification.
Artifacts in medical imaging can mimic or obscure true pathology.

Purpose of the Study:

To report a case of artifact-induced C3-C4 subluxation on CT.
To raise awareness among emergency physicians regarding this specific imaging artifact.
To emphasize the importance of artifact recognition in trauma imaging.
