Abstract:
The number of patients who have had successful pregnancies following hematopoietic stem cell transplant during childhood remains under investigation. As the number of survivors increase and enter adulthood, we continue to learn more about fertility in these patients. In this case report we report the case of a 27 year-old female who had a normal full term delivery 19 years following a myeloablative autologous transplant for relapsed acute myelogenous leukemia.
