To evaluate the efficacy of the sentinel lymph node (SLN) technique in identifying micrometastases in colorectal cancer patients.

The study involved 52 colorectal cancer patients undergoing SLN mapping using a lymphofil dye.
SLN identification was successful in 48 cases, with 1-2 SLNs detected per patient.
