Workplace violence against healthcare staff is a significant issue.
Assaulted staff often lack adequate support and coping mechanisms.

To evaluate the effectiveness of the "Support Our Staff" program.
To provide assaulted staff with current information and coping strategies.
To identify areas for improvement in institutional support for victims of workplace violence.
