Craniofacial approaches to large juvenile angiofibromas

Craniofacial approaches effectively resect large juvenile nasopharyngeal angiofibromas, achieving high gross-total resection rates with minimal mortality. This method offers an excellent surgical avenue with acceptable morbidity.
