Summary

A new suturing technique for mouse cardiac transplantation significantly reduces operation, warm ischemia, and re-beating times. This modified method improves anastomosis of the outflow tract in cardiac transplant models.

  • Graft re-beating time and survival rates were monitored for 100 days post-transplantation.
