Glucocerebrosidase (GBA)-associated Parkinson disease (PD) patients exhibit more nonmotor symptoms like dementia and autonomic dysfunction. Transcranial sonography revealed distinct brainstem raphe echogenicity in GBA-PD compared to sporadic PD.
