Abstract:
Seventy four asaccharolytic strains of Acinotobacter were tested for the presence of PQQ dependent glucose dehydrogenase apoenzyme. This apoenzyme could not be detected in any of five strains of Acinetobacter haemolyticus; it was also lacking in one strain of each A. junii and A. lwoffi.
