Summary

Human bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (hBM-MSCs) show therapeutic potential for necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC) in neonatal rats. Treatment with hBM-MSCs significantly reduced intestinal damage and improved clinical outcomes in the NEC rat model.
