Single-step autoantibody profiling in antiphospholipid syndrome using a multi-line dot assay

A novel multi-line dot assay (MLDA) offers a sensitive, single-step method for detecting antiphospholipid antibodies (aPL) in antiphospholipid syndrome (APS). This multiplex assay shows promise as an alternative to traditional enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA) for aPL diagnostics.

Background:
