Clinical and histologic predictors of renal function decline after laparoscopic partial nephrectomy

Histologic findings in nonneoplastic tissue, alongside clinical factors, can predict kidney function decline after laparoscopic partial nephrectomy (LPN). This helps identify patients at higher risk for renal impairment post-surgery.
