A pregnant woman with miliary tuberculosis, complicated by deciduitis and sub-chorionitis, also had influenza A/H1N1v and urinary tract infections. Early diagnosis via amniotic fluid analysis allowed timely treatment for mother and neonate, preventing further spread.
