The actual receptor is a single polypeptide that transverses the cell membrane seven times creating intracellular and extracellular loops.   • Multiple regression models, including Rorschach measures, demonstrated considerable differences between observed and predicted improvement values.
  • Models using only history or a reduced set of key characteristics also failed to show significant association between observed and predicted outcomes.

Conclusions:

  • Linear regression models, based on the studied variables, are insufficient for explaining differences in depression prognosis.
  • Future research should consider incorporating additional historical and social interaction factors for more accurate prediction of depression outcomes.
