Abstract:
A training course devoted to night work in geriatrics is an opportunity for nurses to question their relationship with sleep. Out-of-sync biological rhythms are not without consequence on nurses' health. However, nurses working night shifts appreciate the autonomy and solidarity within the team, as well as the special relationships which can be forged with the patients.
