Abstract:
Over the past decade there has been a virtual explosion in information in the medical and scientific literature relating nutrition to disease. Nutritional factors have been documented in the aetiology of most of our degenerative diseases including diabetes, arthritis, coronary artery disease, stroke and cancer. A change in diet and the appropriate use of nutrients reduce the risk of disease.
