Purpose of the Study:
- To characterize the immunophenotypic profiles of ENKTL.
- To determine the distribution of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) subtypes in ENKTL.

- Tissue microarray (TMA) and immunohistochemistry were employed.
- Epstein-Barr virus encoded RNA (EBER) in situ hybridization was performed.

- ENKTL cases showed high positivity for TIA-1 (100%), granzyme B (95%), perforin (86%), and CD56 (82%).

- PCR-based TCR gene rearrangement analysis may not be a reliable diagnostic tool for ENKTL.
