Human STEAP3 maintains tumor growth under hypoferric condition

Six-transmembrane epithelial antigen of the prostate family member 3 (STEAP3) enhances tumor cell iron storage and survival under low iron conditions. This protein facilitates tumor growth, even in iron-deficient environments, highlighting its role in cancer progression.
