Abstract:
The seronegative spondyloarthropathies (ankylosing spondylitis, psoriatic arthritis, Reiter's syndrome and arthritis associated with chronic inflammatory bowel diseases) are distinguished by inflammatory lesions of the sacroiliac joints, of the spine and/or a peripheral arthritis associated with the absence of rheumatoid factors. The author describes the radiological features of this group of diseases and their differential diagnosis.
