Summary

Granulocytic sarcoma involving bone and pleura was diagnosed using cytologic analysis of pleural fluid. Immunohistochemistry confirmed granulomonocytic antigens, highlighting the value of cytology in diagnosing these tumors, especially when they mimic lymphoma.
