Extrapyramidal symptoms are common in frontotemporal dementia (FTD), including Corticobasal Degeneration (CBD) and Progressive Supranuclear Palsis (PSP). These conditions often present with cognitive and behavioral changes, including aphasia, and are linked to tau pathology.
