Two rare cases of liver abscesses caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis were identified in patients unresponsive to standard treatments. Prompt diagnosis and anti-tubercular therapy led to significant clinical improvement, highlighting the importance of considering tuberculosis in refractory liver abscesses.
