Summary

Wastewater analysis in Australia revealed a significant 50-fold decrease in 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA; Ecstasy) consumption between 2009 and 2010. Concurrently, methamphetamine use saw a notable increase during the same period.
