Mucositis after reduced intensity conditioning and allogeneic stem cell transplantation

- Monitoring creatinine levels on day +1 can help identify patients at risk for severe mucositis.
- These findings support proactive management strategies for mucositis in high-risk patients undergoing RIC-alloSCT.
